Resource Point AB has developed a unique program where freshers from engineering schools in Sweden can build up their skills and experience by going to India and get training as well as practical experience in an Indian company. The Global Engineers Program focuses on educating students in skills needed by the Swedish industry. This could be certifications, in depth studies in certain technical applications, or learning systems that are used.

After the training part, the student will practise their skills at an Indian company, thus getting a professional experience as well as an international one. This makes the step of bringing in an unexperienced resource easier and in the long run, cheaper.
