Global Engineers Program was developed so that companies could get more experienced and skilled young employees fresh out from university by, after their exam (or as part of their curriculum), sending them to India to study skills that the company wants as well as getting a hands-on experience of said skills in an indian company. The program is highly adaptable to the company's needs when it comes to what the student will train, where to practise and how long time the stay in India will be.

When the student comes back, Resource Point will employ him/her and will work as a contractor for the company during an agreed period of time, after which the student will be employed by the company.
